Our Birth Mapping sessions help clear away the fog, turning that uncertainty into confidence and calm.
At birthing bliss, we believe in the power of birth mapping—a process that goes beyond a traditional birth plan to truly meet your needs. We provide personalised guidance, ensuring you are truly informed and ready to make decisions that align with your unique vision for your birth.
While our Positive Birth Program provides you with a solid foundation to explore your birth preferences in Unit 3, our Birth Mapping Session takes it an important step further by offering a deeply personalised approach, tailored specifically to your journey.
We cover:
- designing the environment of your dreams—care providers, birth location, and tools to promote calm;
- pain management options beyond epidurals;
- interventions and choices;
- inductions versus spontaneous labour;
- placenta birth and post-birth considerations;
- cord clamping and other preferences;
- the golden hour;
- special circumstances like VBAC, homebirth, or managing health conditions such as gestational diabetes.; and
- how to confidently navigate unexpected circumstances.
(But this list is not exhaustive, as each Birth Mapping Session is uniquely tailored to your needs.)
