At birthing bliss, we are passionate about making pregnancy, birth & postpartum knowledge and support more accessible. In line with our values, we are donating 1% of the profits from each booking from September to December 2024 to Waminda’s Birthing on Country Project.
Birthing on Country is a once in a lifetime project, created and driven by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women to build a better future for First Australians. Waminda has partnered with Molly Wardaguga Research Centre and the Australian College of Midwives, to create a service where Aboriginal women and their families can experience their pregnancy in a culturally safe and nurturing environment. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander led model of care ensures women can choose how and where they give birth, while being supported by leading medical professionals.
